Paralegal Staff (Project Based)

Reporting to the Right-of-Way Department Head, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following:a. Scope of WorkDrafting of complaints, judicial affidavits, notices to take possession, and other urgent pleadingsDrafting and/or review of Deeds of Absolute Sale (DOAS), ROW Grants, Contracts to Sell, ROW Nego Cards, Quitclaims, joint affidavits of barangay officials or disinterested persons, and other legal documents/instruments pertaining to the acquisition of land and land rightsDrafting of Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and other contracts and deeds of conveyancesDrafting of memoranda for Management approval, letters, and other correspondencePreparation, monitoring, and updating of the status report of expropriation casesLegal pass on land and land rights documentsRendering of assistance to project team and other legal services as requiredb. Qualification StandardsGraduate of any 4-year courseAt least an incoming third year law student of a reputable schoolc. Licenses and CertificationsNoned.
