We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the consolidation and growth of our brand by its participation in the market in each axis, through strategies aligned to the Annual Marketing Plan and our international guidelines.Main responsibilities:Develop a 360° marketing plan and execute it for product release, based on the Brand's guidelines, as well as coordinate the budget along with the Marketing Grouper, to analyze the impact in the market.Price analysis according to the price increase of the competitors and price positioning for the new products.Elaborate a monthly forecast with our KAMs and the forecast planner, comparing previous launches, with the purpose of improving actions related to our products.Analysis of Sell In and Sell Out in order to identify the needs of each and every one of our clients and doors and monitor sales versus the annual growth objective and rank in the market.Periodically generate, along with the Commercial area, reports of the product's growth, in order to propose actions of renewal and to help consolidate sales strategies.Collaborate with the trade marketing team in order to negotiate with the retailers full decorations, product launches activations or repromotion for key moments of the year.Coordination of the brand's promotional areas and its excellent execution, along with sales, merchandising and trade marketing.Responsible for the monthly distribution of PLV, by executive, according to the needs of each of the clients.Development and implementation of an annual PR Strategy (events and influencers/bloggers monthly strategy).Ideal profile:Marketing, Administration or Business degree.Previous experience in marketing and working with retailers.Experience or knowledge in the luxury industry is a plus.Management or understanding of different sales channels.Fluent in English.Effective communication.Creativity.Commercial vision in the brand's positioning.Analytical and strategic thinking.Sensibility for comprehension of the luxury and fashion market.Results oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
