This role is essential for keeping our clients' books in pristine condition while supporting their financial goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance degrees will not be considered).Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (3+ years of experience).Fluency in Spanish and English.Expertise in journal entries, balance sheet reviews, and vendor-related transactions.Strong knowledge of US tax systems, including W2 forms and tax strategy.At least 3 years of managerial experience and 4–5 years in accounting.Manage and clean up financial books to meet standard accounting principles.Run detailed reports and explain financial data to clients.Communicate with clients about balance sheets, vendor transactions, and bank account management.Supervise a contractor and a full-time bookkeeper, fostering a supportive work environment.Deliver CFO-level services while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.$23,000 MXN gross with above-law benefits (nómina).You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
