Part-Time Bookkeeper

PART-TIME BOOKKEEPERLuxury Residential Management is seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week) bilingual bookkeeper with at least 3-5 years of experience using QuickBooks to join our team.Job description:- High professional standard working with top-level high net worth clients and their support staff.- Proficient in bookkeeping with a solid grasp of the general ledger, profit and loss statement, balance sheet and reconciliation process.- 80% of the job will be bookkeeping and data entry and 20% will be administrative support, requesting vendor certificates of insurance.- Lastly, individual should have excellent English and Spanish verbal and writing communication skills.Qualities required for this position:- Well-organized.- Detail-oriented.- A solution-driven problem solver.- Have keen common sense.- Proactive planning skills.- Whatever-it-takes attitude.- Enjoy being of service.Responsibilities include:- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks (invoices, reimbursements, tracking client payments, entering income and expenses, balancing credit card statements, reconciliation, auditing, etc.)- Tracking and requesting monthly vendor/contractor Certificates of Insurance.- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports.- Using various software: QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesIdioma:- English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
