Part-Time Bookkeeper

We help clients achieve financial clarity, and we operate in a flexible, remote, and supportive work environment.What You'll Do:Phase 1: Categorize banking transactions based on historical coding.Phase 2: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accurate transaction records.Phase 3: Record special journal entries, resolve discrepancies, and clean up accounts.Requirements:2+ years of bookkeeping experience.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Previous experience in transaction categorization and bank reconciliation.Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.C1 Level English proficiency or higher.What's in it for You:Hourly rate: $7 - $10 USD per hour.Contract: Part-time (5 hours/week, with potential to grow to 10 hours).Flexible, remote work environment.Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
