**Qualifications**:- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required- Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.- Familiarity with various call center platforms.- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong command of English.- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.- Strong conflict management skills.- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
