**The Role**:Recruiter**Responsibilities**:- Demonstrated ability to shake trees - Our clients are looking for the best REMOTE talent, which sometimes means being creative.- Creative use of sourcing and recruitment strategies- A proven knack for identifying talent, career arc, and potential fit - Can you pick up on a subtle resume, profile, communication, and other shows across cultures?
In technical and non-technical roles?
For introverts and extroverts and everything in between?- Oversee the entire recruitment process - You'll be attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires from everywhere.
**Required Skills**:- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technology.
