Job Title: Early Education Soccer Coach (Part-Time)Company Overview:The part-time coach will be mentored by the Director of Childhood Development.
The role involves coaching between 5-25 classes per week and participating in professional development activities offered by the company.
Training in operations and marketing is provided to ensure excellent customer service on the field, in the community, and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:Coach between 8-20 classes per weekProvide remarkable customer service experience on the field, in the office, and in the communityAttend regular coaching meetings and additional training sessions in marketing and operationsActively support children in all stages of developmentSchedule and conduct community feel calls to families and monitor/report the individual progress of childrenRequired Skills and Qualifications:Must be available 2-3 days per week plus SaturdaysLooking for a 1-year commitment as part of the professional development journeyMust enjoy working with children, can be silly, and organized to complete administrative tasks on timeLooking to pursue a career in early education or enroll in ECE coursesStrong problem-solving and improvisational skillsHours and Pay:$17 per class for assisting and training, $18-22.50 per class & administrative hours.
Mileage reimbursement at the federal IRS Mileage Rate.
Monthly cell phone reimbursement.
Eligible for pay raise and promotion within the first 16 weeks of employment.
