This position will be the focal point of contact for the FPS team, to address any client requirements and make sure we provide a premium service to the Variable Fleet clients. Also, the position is responsible for the inventory management from Variable fleet vehicles, and everything around making sure vehicles are in optimal conditions to be rented.
Inventory Management for Variable Fleet. Coordination with partners network, making sure vehicles are in optimal conditions to be rented.Inspections for the pre-delivery process, and when clients return vehicles. Coordinate internally the maintenance team, making sure we respond fast to select partners to recondition vehicles.Administration of Autofleet, making sure we have the full picture updated of each vehicle status.End Of Lease process owner, lead and coordinate the EOL process for used vehicles, review inventory, assess and select potential units, and coordinate end to end reconditioning process with selected vendors.Coordinate with Finance and FPS billing process, making sure we bill our clients for every month vehicles are rented and adding potential costs after driving check lists.Reporting to the client from every trip, providing insights and recommendations to increase efficiency and optimization.Education and Experience Degree in Business Administration+2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or OperationsExperience coordinating and leading cross-functional teamsExperience developing strong, value-added relationships, gaining trust with different stakeholders internally and externallyData AnalysisKnowledge and Competencies Advanced in English language (written and oral)Agile and response timeAbility to communicate effectivelyCustomer focus with superior levels of customer satisfactionWhat's in it for You
