As a Partner Marketing/Channel Enablement Manager, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our partner and alliance teams, partner marketing teams, and sales teams to drive the growth of our partner and alliance business. This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of Thomson Reuters' partner and alliance growth, working hand-in-hand with our diverse partner ecosystem and gaining insight into the crucial role partners play in driving organizational growth. With a growing emphasis on amplifying partner impact, it's essential that we empower our sales team to bring partners' stories to life and effectively utilize the available resources and materials.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Partner Marketing / Enablement Specialist you will:Analyze, interpret, and optimize partner product sales training, focusing on interactive topics for channel calls and leveraging other communication methods for static reference information.Coordinate the creation of high impact marketing materials such as sell sheets, web pages, videos, battlecards, pitch decks, etc. with input from stakeholders across the business.Provide ongoing reporting and updates to key stakeholders on programs, activities, and results.Coordinate product-specific assets by partner for use in partner webpages, optimizing partner content for maximum impact.Serve as the cross-functional coordinator among marketing teams, ensuring scalability, consistency, and business readiness.Support partner product launches through alignment with Enablement, P&A teams, Marketing, and Segment teams.Coordinate with other Thomson Reuters divisions and teams on select ad hoc projects.About YouYou're a fit for the role if your background includes:BA degree in business, marketing, or communications; MBA preferred.4+ years of partner marketing, marketing communications, channel enablement, sales or marketing operations, or similar experience.Experience working in a partner marketing, partner channel and/or supporting a sales channel through commercial and customer growth programs.Comfortable with marketing analytics, identifying and maintaining metrics to support marketing initiatives.A foundational understanding of technology partnerships.Proven leadership/collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.A proactive self-starter that can effectively manage multiple tasks, comfortable with ambiguity
