.Why Lytx:Lytx is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you'll contribute to the growth and development of our channel in Mexico and other Latin American.
You'll have the opportunity to lean into your marketing skills to implement programs that will improve Lytx's strategic channel partner relationships, focusing on Telematics, Telecommunications, and Fleet Management Companies.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing and driving enablement activities and initiating onsite engagement events to empower our strategic channel partners to effectively position and sell Lytx solutions to their customers.You'll Get To:- Support the growth and development of channel partners in Mexico by executing strategic marketing campaigns passionate about sales enablement- Participate in local shows and events, including owned events, supported events, and partner events based on regional requirements accompanied by effective budget planning- Engage and enable strategic marketing partnerships that improve customer value and purchase convenience through the localized marketing of Lytx solutions- Collaborate with the Enablement and Product Marketing teams to develop channel communications for new product launches- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to coordinate and execute marketing channel campaigns- Execute targeted marketing campaigns, activating local messaging for Partner's lead generation and awareness while identifying opportunities to promote and influence video- Share point of contact responsibility with other Spanish-speaking LATAM team members for the platform hosting Lytx marketing resources- Support review of team's marketing resources translations and social media amplification- Be the point of contact for the marketing team's vendors in Mexico.- Support partner and market growth by delivering KPIs in field marketing, scaling activation efforts, and promoting market-focused messaging-- Other duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required (speaking and writing)- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or related field plus 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in the Latin American region- 3+ years of hands-on channel marketing experience working with resellers- Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering on KPIs and objectives- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working cross-functionally and engaging with partners effectively- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time- Proven curiosity for emerging high-tech trends (such as AI, IoT) with the ability to translate their implementation into language understandable by non-technical audiences- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time in Mexico, the US, and other countries as needed- Basic level: Microsoft Suite, Excel, Smartsheet
