.Partner Marketing Strategist - European MarketsHello!At Factorial we're looking for a new Marketing strategist to coordinate our Business Development marketing efforts in the European markets.Ready to be part of the challenge?The Role:The Partners Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a person full of energy who wants to help us build the marketing strategy with our partners and make an impact by creating the right marketing strategies with them.What will you be doing:Gain an understanding of the team's business objectives and growth plans, and assist in executing marketing acquisition strategies.Collaborate with key partners to develop and execute marketing plans, focusing on both online and offline demand generation and brand awareness activities.Work closely with various teams including partners, marketing, product, and sales to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.Assist in developing and executing the Go-To-Market strategy for Factorial partners in the Spanish market.Identify and execute new opportunities for expanding our reach through partnerships: events, account-based marketing, content, performance campaigns, affiliation…Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers…Your Profile:Fluency in Spanish, English, and at least one of the following languages: French, German or Italian is required.At least 3 years of experience in the field and passion for marketing and business development. Previous work with partners is a plus.Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Interest or experience in digital marketing and tailored campaigns.Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.
