Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a knack for addressing technical inquiries, and the ability to identify upselling opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.The Role:Partner Support & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary contact for partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical issue resolution, and effective product usage.Build strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and personalized support.Proactively address partner needs to empower them in delivering exceptional value to their clients.Revenue GrowthIdentify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to align solutions with client goals and business needs.Monitor and report growth metrics to ensure success within the partner ecosystem.Technical Training & EnablementDesign and deliver impactful technical training sessions, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to maximize product adoption.Share partner feedback with internal teams to improve products, processes, and overall experience.Align the solution with the specific requirements of the French market by working closely with the product team.Your ProfileHunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.Have 1-2 years experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.French expert speaker and fluent in English.Bonus Points1-2 years of experience in partner management, customer support, technical training, or a similar role.
