Core Responsibilities
- Work along key internal stakeholders on the identification of partnership opportunities based on technology trends on the Autonomous Mobility and Autonomous Driving markets
- Create and maintain roadmaps of potential partnership opportunities considering regional needs and the evolution of ADAS technologies.
- Elaborate decision proposals for Management based on the analysis of partnerships: Stop / Go decision to start a partnership.
- Work on Business Area Sustainability Roadmaps & KPIs aligned with AM and Automotive Sustainability strategy and framework as well as customer requirements and supporting the implementation, including, but not limited to, Business Area Carbon Neutrality Roadmap, BA Green Plant Label Roadmap, BA Circular Economy Roadmap.
- Support the BA Sustainability Manager with the definition, management and coordination of the BA Sustainability structure/organization and responsibilities on BA and Segment level for the complete product lifecycle and innovation Process in the BA.
- Support of the implementation and maintenance of the Automotive Management System for Sustainability for Business Area Autonomous Mobility. Support the collection and evaluation of customer and legal requirements in regards of sustainability needs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Find and analyze new or alternative business models with regards creating partnerships with external companies.
- Organization and implementation of measures to support the sustainability strategy for BA in line with Automotive Sustainability Strategy
- Ensure that defined AM Sustainability Strategy measures are permanently established.
- Track Business Area measures to fulfill all legal, customer and internal Sustainability requirements
- Develop Business Area specific guidelines and knowledge base for sustainability
- Consolidation and alignment of Business Area sustainability initiatives in alignment with BA AM sustainability responsibles

Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in one or more STEM areas
- 5 years professional experience focused on ADAS technologies
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Able to investigate about technology topics and make decisions based on technical evaluations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information
- Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Global process development and implementation or project management
- Experience with virtual and functional leadership within international networks
- Experience collaborating with Global Teams; remote experience strongly preferred.
- Strong drive and initiative with the ability to self-manage
Preferred Qualifications
- More than 8 years of professional experience working in ADAS technologies, preferably working on more than one ADAS company.
- Experience working with more than 1 ADAS product (RADAR, Camera, LiDAR, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in current ADAS technologies and upcoming ones
- International experience, preferable cross-functional and cross-business experience
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders on the strategy for their organization
- Visionary thinking
- Clear business focus
