You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with agencies and partnerships and negotiating agreements.Please note that CVs in English will be considered primarily.This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.What you will do:Strategic Development: Create and execute a robust Marketing Partnerships strategy for LATAM, aligned with our global business objectives.Market Analysis: Identify and assess market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to shape partnership needs and strategies in the region.Partner Identification & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners that align with our brand image and target audience.Negotiation & Agreement: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive direct impact on business metrics.Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of partnership projects, managing cross-functional teams to ensure End-to-End delivery.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the company and on the partner side, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships.Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and inform strategy adjustments.Analytics Ownership: Set up, manage, and own all analytics related to partnerships in the LATAM region, providing clear insights into the business value and success of each partnership project.Continuous Improvement: Use performance insights and market dynamics to optimize partnership strategies and activities.What we expect from you:Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.Extensive experience in managing marketing partnerships within a high-growth tech company, particularly in the LATAM region.A strong, existing network of industry contacts and potential partners within the LATAM region, enabling swift and effective partnership development.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving projects to successful completion.Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement in partnership projects.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying strategies and goals to partners, team members, and key stakeholders
