**Job Function**
**Duties**
- Quote- Work with multiple individuals to quote quickly and accurately (Global Pricing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Impact Partners, and Service)
- Analyze and verify accuracy of information, follow up with stakeholders to understand user needs.
- Read, Sort, Prioritize, and Respond to Impact Partners request for quotes of spare parts
- Provide source, lead-time & pricing information that will be used by factories and Impact Partners
- Utilize Microsoft suite of tools to track and update key performance metrics and maintain quote information
- Extract information from Business System to provide quote information (serial number of valves, spare parts, pricing, new part numbers, and lead-time)
- Use information on drawings and Item Setup to understand marketability and item attribute commonalities Review customer and Fisher specifications to ensure appropriate quality and processing requirements are applied to quotes and orders**Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.)**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering and/or related experience in manufacturing processes.
**Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.)**:
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical literature. Ability to develop, manage and maintain positive customer / supplier relationships.
**Technical Knowledge Requirements**:
- MS Office experience including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with MS Access and Project a plus.
- Comprehension of Bills of Material, Mechanical Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and Instruction Manuals Comprehension of Manufacturing Processes and Procedures
