**Scheduling Operations Analyst****Job Summary**:This is a remote work opportunity. As the Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of all ABA therapists and speech therapists at our practice. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently and in accordance with client needs and therapist availability.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate schedules for Clinicians using Google Calendar- Managing the scheduling of appointments, including scheduling new clients and rescheduling missed appointments- Align staffing needs with the specific requirements and preferences of clients to have a smooth operation on a daily basis using Google Forms and Google Sheets- Communicate with clients and therapists using Gmail to confirm and adjust appointments as needed- Monitor therapist availability and schedule appointments accordingly using Google Calendar- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and therapist availability using Google Sheets- Collaborate with clinical the team using Google Drive to ensure that client needs are met and appointments are scheduled efficiently- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events and workshops for clients and therapists using Google Calendar and Google Forms- Perform other administrative tasks as needed using various tools within the Google Workspace suite**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent- **Must have experience in at least one of the following fields: Scheduling - Staffing - Sales - Logisctics**:- Strong communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Google Workspace (including Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Gmail)- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with ABA therapy and/or speech therapy a plus, but not required- **Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time zone****About Developmental Specialty Partners**We're a group of clinicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to three key goals:Streamline steps to enrollment in developmental disability care by improving access to care via TeleMed specialist diagnostic visits.Provide a one-stop shop with the most needed and highly utilized services provided under one roof.Create a better care experience with a tech-enabled service, yielding increased engagement with patients, parents, & providers.**Pay**: from 4 to 6 USD/h**Working hours**: from 15:00 to 23:00 Pacific TimePay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- Tell us briefly about your experience in a similar role.**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
