**The Position**- The Patient Support Program Senior Manager is responsible for managing the 'Nuevo Yo®' program and corporate and PSP call centers.
The primary role of the position is to ensure a high-quality patient experience by developing, implementing, and leading initiatives that promote patient engagement and adherence to treatment.
Will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a successful program implementation.
**Activities and Responsibilities**- Continue to evolve the patient support program to increase patient engagement and adherence.- Manage call center operations, including corporate and patient support programs, and ensure customer service excellence.- Lead a team of educators focused on diabetes and obesity management, providing education and training to patients and healthcare professionals.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.- Monitor and analyze program metrics and provide recommendations for program improvement.- Being the owner of process and controls needed by regulatory, legal and compliance, pharmacovigilance and quality.
**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, Marketing, Communication, or related areas.- Fluent in oral and written English level.- Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Support Program management.- Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.- Minimum 3 years of experience in Direct Line Management.
**Desired Qualifications**- Project Management skills and stakeholders' management.- Experience in marketing or commercial areas.- Multichannel or e-commerce experience.- Experience working with chronic diseases (diabetes, obesity, cardiology etc.).
