.Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country143843:San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, MexicoThe Patrimonial Security Manager is responsible for leading the Global Security strategy for the Colgate Palmolive manufacturing facility in Mexico.Responsibilities:Risk and Crisis Management of facility (plant, warehouse), personnel, product, cargo.:Supervise the implementation of approved Global Security programs for manufacturing facilities and confirm the efficiency of these initiatives and strategies. These include but are not limited to facilities protection, investigations, supply chain security, brand protection, workplace security, and personal security.:Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to senior management at the manufacturing facility and regional support to the Patrimonial Security Manager based in Mexico, D.F.:Working in consultation with Global Security and the Patrimonial Security Manager:Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security processes, practices, and policies to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure and liability in all areas of assets, physical, personal, and reputational risk.:Incorporate approved Global Security standards and guidelines into projects to include construction, renovation and production related projects. Ensure conformity of current and planned security operations with host country applicable laws and regulations.:Maintain consistent communication and flow of information with all security stakeholders in his/her area of responsibility.:Strategic Planning for asset security.:Creating Guard Orders to support policies and procedures. Lead all guard operations on site and ensure guard operations and tours of facility are conducted per the contract through procedural and technical means.:Provide technical support to Manufacturing Director, HR manager, procurement department, and other relevant departments for the selection of security service providers and supervise procurement costs and performance of these providers.:Supervise proper administration of budget expenditures, assets and projects inthe department to include the development of cost proposals for new initiatives.:Interaction with the Patrimonial Security Manager and Legal department for accreditation of property in case of accidents.:Responsible for Safety Certifications.:Understanding and implementation of C:TPAT (Customs:Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) established by the government of the United States to safeguard the industrys exports to the United States through security at its borders.:Understanding and implementation of NECC (Nuevo Esquema de Empresas Certificadas) to strengthen security in the supply chain of foreign trade.:Build relationships with regional peers and leaders in the region. Benchmark with partners and peers in the industry and share best practices.:Liaison with government, police, security agencies, OSAC Country Councils, and Chambers of Commerce
