**About This Job**:The Payment Auditor is responsible to increase the efficiency of this call center by auditing US Cruise reservations and making sure internal and external partners policies are followed, handle processing and reconciliation tasks, reporting tasks, customer notifications, cancellations. The purpose of this position is to avoid errors that may compromise the client's travel that could lead to escalations.**Main responsibilities**:- Audit and control of quality of reservations made. Update reservations in system and get in contact with clients if needed.- Handle complaints and provide support for the Customer Service department- Analyze supplier notifications and take action accordingly, from directing to the correct departments to preparing reports, and subsequently informing our members directly.- Handle cancellations following our Cruise Line guidelines, and brand requirements.- Looking for discrepancies in payments made, making sure they are fixed in a timely manner.**Compensation**:- Base Salary $18,000 MXN per month- Competitive benefits**Requirements**:- English proficiency required- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service- High proficiency on excel to build reports.- Previous experience handling bookings and sales desirable**Benefits**- Employee travel benefits- Major Medical Insurance- Savings Fund- Referral Bonus Program**Who We Are**:Welcome to **_arrivia_**.
