Join us and be part of something extraordinary!Country/Region: MXLocation: Reynosa, TAM, MX, 88788We are looking to hire a Payroll Accountant to join our Shared Services team in Reynosa:Responsibilities:Run calculation of weekly/biweekly/monthly payroll process.Run calculation of special payroll processes (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, saving fund, etc).Running of appropriate reports and distribution of the payroll to the employees.Review earnings, deductions, and benefits calculations.Answer all ZF plants and their employees' questions concerning the payroll and individual payslips.Ensure compliance with Mexican Federal and State laws regarding payroll.Make sure that time and attendance data and other payroll interfaces are correct.Ensure all reporting deadlines are achieved and ZF accounting policies and practices adhered to.Calculate and prepare payroll taxes (SUA, State, Federal).Experience using the SUA program and employees' annual tax return calculations.Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel.Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encourage excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance.Requirements:Accounting, Administration or Finance Degree.The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of payroll process experience.Experience with USA and Canada payroll processes will be a PLUS.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding customer service and continuous improvement are essential.Knowledge of PeopleSoft, SAP, and QAD system preferred.Strong experience in Internal Controls.The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.Ability to multi-task and set priorities.Be part of our ZF team as Payroll Accountant - Contador Nomina and apply now!Contact: +52 81 2059 2173What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?At ZF, we continuously strive to build and maintain a culture where inclusiveness is lived and diversity is valued.
