Temporary Position.ResponsibilitiesRun calculation of weekly payroll processTimesheet's data entryRun calculation of special payroll processes (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, saving fund, etc)Running of appropriate reports and distribution of the payroll to the employees.Review earnings, deductions, and benefits calculations.Answer all ZF plants and their employees' questions concerning the payroll and individual payslips.Ensures compliance with Mexican Federal and State laws regarding payroll.Make sure that time and attendance data and other payroll interfaces are correct.Ensuring all reporting deadlines are achieved and ZF accounting policies and practices adhered to.Submit information using Tax agencies Portals (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT)Calculate and prepare payroll taxes (SUA, State, Federal)Experience using the SUA program and employees annual tax return calculationsMust be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel.Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance.Requirements:Accounting, Administration or Finance DegreeThe ideal candidate with 1-2 years Payroll process experience.70-90% Bilingual English/SpanishStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding customer service, and continuous improvement are essential.Knowledge of People Soft, SAP and QAD system preferred.Very Good computer skills using MS Office.Strong Experience in Internal ControlsThe successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standardsAbility to multi-task and set priorities.Be part of our ZF team as Payroll Accountant- Contador Nomina Temp and apply now!Contact:Yolanda Prado+52 81 2059 2173#J-18808-Ljbffr
