Payroll Accountant

This role's salary ranges between $45,000 - 55,000 a year in US Dollars.**Job Duties**- Collecting and analyzing payroll and accounting data; - Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets coming over into our payroll software, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions- Responsibility for updating payroll records; making sure that all records show up to date worker information; - Responsibility for resolving payroll discrepancies; - Give suggestions on modification in payroll policies and procedures- Communication with workers, answering questions and providing guidelines; - Undertaking payroll audits or providing payroll documents to auditor- Report to management about asset utilization and audit results- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes- Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis- Upload general ledgers on a weekly basis- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $720,000.00 - $880,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):Are you available to relocate to the United States on a TN Visa with company assistance?- The salary for this role ranges between $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year in USD dollars.Work Location: In person
