MISSION:
The Payroll Analyst mission is accurate and timely completions of assigned processes to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution. Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
- Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
- Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received
- Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
- Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field required.
- No prior experience required.
- Full English performance.
