If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoMain Task:Calculate and analyze termination payments.Provide support to HR Specialist and Social Security Specialist.Keep track of all payroll payments (minimal control of payroll, social security quotes, tax, severance, others related to payroll process).Fill reports related to the payroll process.Control disabilities documentation.Support in internal and external audits.Support in Accounting Policy.Who You AreRequired:Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist in Payroll and Social Security, with experience in calculation of severance payment, Social Security, Local Taxes, audit issues, and Accounting.Proactive.Knowledge of SAP.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
