Join us as a Payroll Administrator with Uline's Finance team to ensure the employee payroll process is seamless as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!Position ResponsibilitiesReconcile timesheets and pay-related data each period, adhering to company policy and national legal requirements.Manage payroll and reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timeliness.Process requests related to IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot and local / federal payroll taxes.Calculate severance payments and administer company benefits.Evaluate and enhance internal processes using the Workday and Tress systems.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.3+ years of payroll administration experience with knowledge of Mexican payroll-related laws.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience with Tress preferred.
