**Payroll Analyst 1****Education:- **Minimum Requirements: 1. Minimum Education High School, preferably: technical or truncated career, as long as you have experience of at least 2 years in the Payroll area. 2. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. It is desirable that you have a Bachelor's degree and at the same time experience.**Experience**:* Minimum Requirements: It is desirable that you have at least 1 year in the Payroll area.**Knowledge: P**ayroll system management: preferably Link, but it is not essential that it be in this system, it can be someone else, as long as it is a Payroll system.Intermediate excel. Desable at least Basic English, but it is not essential.**Minimum knowledge**: 1) in Social Security, Infonavit, Income Tax Law, Federal Labor Law. ** The more knowledge is more desirable.**Skills / Competencies**:Analytical Capacity, Responsible, focused on results, Initiative, proactive, stable.**Responsibilities / Activities**:- Pre-payroll preparation- Review and reconciliation of hours and employees before payroll.- Support in the control of Fonacot- Support in the control of alimony- Support in preparing checks- Preparation and control of payment to payroll providers- Review of employee incidents- Support for clarification of doubts to employees- Among other functions- Control of payroll and disability stamps and their follow-up.
