**Job Summary and Scope**:
Process weekly (52) and every 10 day (36) payrolls for the corporation and provide payroll-related support to the HR organization. Actively support other functions as needed in HR Department.
**Responsibilities**:.
- Responsible for the processing times for payroll payment cycles every week (52) and every ten days (36) in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
- Execute different calculation pay types due (reg, OT, Vac, etc)
- Support Payroll Sr. Specailist in the accurate calculation and payment of FONACOT as in the calculation and processing of IMSS variables
- Movements of registrations, cancellations and modifications of personnel in IMSS, through IDSE
- Accurately enter pay information via spreadsheet in a timely manner.
- Display initiative in assisting coworkers when primary, daily responsibilities have been completed.
- Provide back-up and support to the payroll manager and sr.payroll specialist.
- Application of salary modifications previously reviewed and authorized for employees in the Revolution system as support supervisors in the incidences uploading into the system.
- Support in accounting policy process.
- Support the payroll manager with the monthly closing and other activities as required.
- Respond to employee questions regarding their payroll, vacation or other issues related to their pay
- Monthly review of income, terminations and salary modifications of personnel in the IMSS.
- Perform other payroll and HR duties as assigned to support the HR department in general.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business related studies preferred.
- LFT knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge in calculation of settlements and settlements.
- Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Knowledge of FONACOT.
- LSS knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of LISR legal caps for payroll.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months payroll experience in larges companies.
- Proficiency in Windows based software programs; Excel required.
- Capable of working with highly confidential and sensitive information at the highest business level, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- Ability to learn on the fly and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required. Ability to communicate effectively with HR/Service Center/Manager and Employee contacts is critical, including conflict resolution.
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills are required.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required.

- Position is accountable for accurate and timely entering of data for processing of payroll and other payments that need to be done before government agencies in order to avoid a fine.
