Koch Global Solutions (KGS) has an exciting opportunity to be part of building out a brand new LATAM Payroll shared services team in Guadalajara, Jalisco!
Join the team early and be part of growing and building out leveraged payroll capabilities that will support all Koch Industries employees in the region!
**What you will do in your role**:
- Process complex and high volume weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll.
- Collect, reconcile, and update payroll data in preparation of payroll processing.
- Maintain and reconcile employee information in company and government systems.
- Manage required government payroll filings and tax calculations/payments.
- Calculate and process required disbursements such as savings fund, severance, etc.
- Prepare and distribute income statements.
- Manage food coupon process.
- Participate and play a key role in various projects through the year.
- Provide high quality Customer Service to customers regarding payroll related inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare financial/payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations.
- Meet requirements associated with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and ISR.
- Build trusted and collaborative relationships with key finance and RH partners.
- Payroll system testing and implement enhancement opportunities.
**The Experience you will bring**:
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of pay calculations, taxes, and benefits.
- 3+ years experience processing high volume and complex payroll
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Basic knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, ISR
- Experience reviewing payroll inputs/outputs for errors
- Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience communicating with all levels of an organization
- Experience analyzing data
- Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others
- Experience handling competing demands

- Experience working with an HCM platform (Infor, SAP, etc.)
and Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc)
- Experience with Kronos
- Experience with payroll systems such as Eslabon, ADP GlobalView, or Ceridian Dayforce
- Understanding of accounting functions
