**Job Details**
The Payroll Administrator position supports all aspects of the organization payroll administration as well as providing customer service to internal and external customers to payroll. The person in this position will also work with the Payroll team leadership, Human Resources and other departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of accounting, auditing, analyzing and reporting functions related to the payroll functions
- Assist in the centralization of various standards related to payroll functions
**Shared Services - Payroll Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the review and maintenance of the payroll processes and procedures including performing validations and detecting issues
- Prepare and reconcile payroll data to process in the payroll system
- Run payroll reports and analysis
- Assist employees and managers with issues and bring them to a resolution
- Assist with controls, reporting and auditing of various payroll items
- Assist Payroll Leaders in various special projects and ad hoc requests
- Assist Payroll Leaders in preparing various schedule and compiling of documents for quarterly reviews and year-end external audits.

- Ability to work with large datasets, excel tables, formulas, pivot tables, power query, etc.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance required
- Work experience as an payroll analyst or administrator or in a related field.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
