Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Calculation of Social Security (IMSS) and Housing Fund (INFONAVIT) quotas
- Calculation of State and Federal Taxes withholdings
- Preparation of the monthly payments to Federal Credit (INFONACOT)
- Preparation of employee final payments
- Coordinate E-accounting reports of individual employee payroll payments
- Posting of payroll and payroll related items in SAP
- Prepare balance sheet accounts analysis every quarter
- Provide analytic support to plant operations staff as requested
- Prepare and report bi-monthly variable compensation file (IMSS)
