**Analista de Nóminas**
Responsable de la gestión integral de las nóminas de AIRBUS, así como de la administración de beneficios. Esto incluye el cálculo y las transferencias de nómina, el manejo del Impuesto Sobre Nómina, Vales de Despensa, Fondo de Ahorro, así como la liquidación de IMSS-INFONAVIT, FONACOT y finiquitos.
**Responsabilidades Clave**:
- Calcular las nóminas correspondientes a Airbus.
- Elaborar pólizas contables y registrar la información en SAP.
- Realizar transferencias electrónicas para el pago de nóminas de los sites de Airbus en Mexico.
- Gestionar las transferencias del Fondo de Ahorro a la casa de bolsa INTERCAM, así como los préstamos del Fondo de Ahorro para los sites de Airbus en Mexico.
- Procesar el pago de FONACOT, vales de despensa, pensiones alimenticias, impuestos sobre nómina y liquidaciones mensuales y bimestrales (IMSS-INFONAVIT).
- Efectuar los finiquitos correspondientes para los sites de Airbus en Mexico.
**A Quién Buscamos**
Buscamos un profesional con:
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración o o área afín.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en el área de nóminas.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel / Google sheets.
- Familiaridad con la Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley del IMSS-INFONAVIT, SAT y STPS.

**Payroll Analyst**
Responsible for the comprehensive management of AIRBUS payroll, as well as benefits administration. This includes the calculation and transfers of payroll, handling Payroll Tax, Meal Vouchers, Savings Fund, as well as the settlements of IMSS-INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and severances.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calculate payroll for AIRBUS.
- Prepare accounting entries and record information in SAP.
- Perform electronic transfers for payroll payments at AIRBUS sites in Mexico.
- Manage transfers from the Savings Fund to INTERCAM brokerage, as well as loans from the Savings Fund for AIRBUS sites in Mexico.
- Process payments for FONACOT, meal vouchers, alimony, payroll taxes, and monthly and bimonthly settlements (IMSS-INFONAVIT).
- Execute the corresponding severances for AIRBUS sites in Mexico.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a professional with:
- A degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll.
- Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills.
- Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS-INFONAVIT Law, SAT, and STPS.
