POSITION OBJECTIVE
Process in time and accurate the payroll and incidences for all the BRP Queretaro employees.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Payroll - preparation, processing, generate reports, according payroll cycles
Audit payroll-processing reports for errors
Provide support to finance team members and auditors (both internal and external)
SUA (IMSS and INFONAVIT processes )
Fonacot process
Research and analyze discrepancies and process appropriate corrections
Direct the calculation of retroactive salary data as assigned
Respond to requests from internal customers and external agencies on matters relating to payroll (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, auditors, child support, etc )
Analyze and prepare schedules, adjusting journals and notes for payroll-related liabilities for year-end reporting
Provide support to HR Facilitators to resolve payroll cases.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Knowledge laws (Tax, Federal Labor, Infonavit, Social Security, Local taxes )
Solid accounting principles as related to payroll processing
Ability to research, analyze and retrieve data to prepare and maintain complex payroll records
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong analytical and process-related skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to influence others
Clear process focus, organized
Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization

Intermediate knowledge skills in MS Word / Excel / Power Point

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Administration or Finance field.
**Experience**:
Min.
1 year experience in Payroll systems
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
