**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The main purpose of the role is to execute Sales Payroll Portafolio leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.
This services are currently migrating from HBS to México HUB and this position will be participating in the transition process (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live and Satabilization)
**Your Impact**
As Payroll Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Execute Sales Payroll portfolio & services
- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
- Capture incidence information in payroll system
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls
- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
- Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
