Payroll Analyst

JOB OBJECTIVE Execute the manner in which employees are compensated and ensure that all payments are made correctly and on time while complying with all federal and state regulations.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILS KNOWLEDGE IN:
Federal Labor Law.
IMSS/ INFONAVIT.
Office software.
Payroll software Bachelor's degree in Administration, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Accountant or related career.
Advanced English RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee payroll transactions.
Conduct periodic audits of payroll procedures and records.
Design, documentand implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.
Administer pay schedules for the fiscal year.
Report payroll problems and changes to management.
Keep up to date on state, federal payroll and tax laws.
Verify that employee pay corresponds to hours worked.
Review payroll data for inefficiencies and errors for correction.
Respond to employee questions about wages and taxes.
Analyze compensation data including salaries and bonuses.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for tax deductions.
