No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:The role's main purpose is to execute US portfolio services for the payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfillment.Your Impact:As a Payroll Analyst, your functions would consist of:Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito LayReceive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirementsCapture information in payroll systemsEnsure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data sources to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulationsMonitor case reception and release ensuring SLA complianceEnsure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and deliveryResponsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issuesDeliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIsContinue communication and support with local functional teamsConciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparationQualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Education:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Related FieldExperience:Experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processesProficient in Microsoft Suite products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAdvanced English skillsIf this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements
