**Description**:Responsible for the quality delivery of multiple payroll & benefit processes (weekly and monthly, the main objective of the function is to support the operation for Mexico to validate payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee payroll processes, ensuring 100% correct calculation.Temporary Position (1 year)**Activities**- Collecting incidences and payroll information including overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.- Entering data into payroll incidences file, Reconcile wages, benefits, tax deductions, expenses reimbursements, etc. to ensure they are processed accurately and timely.- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, Mexico's Law Compliance.- Review, calculation and validation of ISR, IMSS quotas, provisions of each payroll process.- Set up payroll arrangements for new hires and terminate employees.- Knowledge SUA, ISN, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, Saving Found, Health Benefits, Food Coupons, Social Security.- Process payment of employee benefits- Tax calculations (ISR) and filing activities as per Social Security Regulations (IMSS).- Ensure that pay-slips for each payee are sent in a timely manner.**Qualifications**:- Degree in accounting, business administration, finance or a related field preferred.- Experience working in payroll processing, accounting or a similar role more 3 - 5 years.- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll best practices.- knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (advance Excel).- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.- Numerical aptitude, Detail and analytical oriented.- SAP knowledge.- Ability to work in a team, Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
