Payroll AnalystWe are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our clients' team and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems and compliance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately.Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed.RequirementsAcademic/TrainingMinimum Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.ExperienceAt least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).SkillsProficiency in English (mandatory).Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.Effective problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.Job DetailsType of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.Work Schedule: Hybrid, 6 days per week (Sunday off).
