As a Payroll Analyst Mexico, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of payroll processes. This temporary role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact and gain invaluable experience with a leading global pharmaceutical company.Job Description Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities: • Support the Payroll operation through administrative support, data collection, creation of reports and solutions that allow efficiency in the processes of the Payroll area. • Identify, interpret, analyze data and share results. • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, macros and other reports that optimize review times and automation of Payroll processes. • Capture data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems, correct code issues. • Locate and define new opportunities for process improvement. • Provide administrative support in the implementation of processes and standards for all aspects of P&O Services (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and follow up on queries on user issues and requests. • Provide assistance in Payroll Services projects in the country or in the BU • Attention to detail in the reports and analysis of the Payroll area. Essential requirements: Essential requirements: • University degree • 1-2 years of experience in Payroll • Fluent English level • Excel advanced • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team – high-learning agility, Ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize.
