**Payroll Analyst**:**Responsibilities**:- Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.- Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.- Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately.- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.- Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements.- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.- Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed.
**Requirements**:**Academic/Training**:- Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.- Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.G., SAP, Workday, ADP).
**Skills**:- Proficiency in English (mandatory).- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.- Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
