**About this role**

**What You'll do**:

- Processing and responsibility for correct and timely payroll calculation in accordance to legal requirements and all labor law requirements and company agreements
- Preparing ad hoc reports related to payroll process, analyzing them, and giving appropriate expertise.
- Processing payroll transactions in accordance to the procedures and legal law requirements in the countries, that the service is providing for with the highest time and quality standards agreed with client
- Resolving complex queries from the client and support in resolving escalations

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Customer Support experience.
- Payroll experience. (preferred)
- Good oral and written communication skills (Advanced English).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Great management of computer skills.
