Stay informed about legislative changes related to payroll and benefits.Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll and benefits reports, including tax filings, social security contributions, and other regulatory requirements.Audits: Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Resolve any discrepancies promptly.Employee Support: Offer guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits inquiries or issues.System Management: Manage and update payroll and benefits systems.
