Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.DESCRIPTIONWe are actively looking for a Payroll Compliance and Financial Reconciliation Specialistwho will ensurethat the company's payroll processes comply with local labor laws and internal company policies, including minimum wage, overtime pay, and benefits.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.Advanced English language levelMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, payroll management, or compliance auditing.Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll-related regulations.Solid accounting knowledge with the ability to handle complex financial data reconciliation and analysis.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and audit departments.Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.This role ensures payroll compliance and enhances the accuracy of financial entries, mitigating potential legal and financial risks.ACTIVITIESEnsure that the company's payroll processes comply with local labor laws and internal company policies, including minimum wage, overtime pay, and benefits.Regularly audit payroll reports to verify the accuracy and compliance of payroll calculations.Ensure the legality of employee salary, bonuses, and benefits payments, and identify and prevent any potential non-compliance.Review the financial treatment of payroll payments, ensuring accurate recording of payroll data in the financial system.Regularly reconcile payroll-related financial accounts to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records.Analyze payroll expenditure reports, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement.Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of payroll payments and financial entries to ensure data consistency.Monitor and resolve discrepancies between payroll payments and financial records.Identify potential compliance issues in payroll processes and propose recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes to ensure payroll compliance with the latest laws and regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
