**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll and supporting key administrative functions within the HR department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of hours worked, leave, absences and other payroll related transactions.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the HR team in the implementation and administration of policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and human resource management software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English.
