Working in a small team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Payroll & Inventory Accounting Specialist will have constant interaction with the Finance/ Accounting team, HR, Procurement/ Supply Chain team, and external auditors.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process working with an external payroll provider and supporting all the payroll-related payments and external payment vendors.
In addition, you will lead our México Inventory accounting processes, month/year-end close, and annual audit activities, managing monthly and annual reporting of Inventory and assisting in financial statements, working with Procurement/ Supply Chain members and internal/ external auditors.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGPayrollResponsible for managing payroll processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
This includes handling multi-state payroll administration, managing Pluxee (restaurant, gasoline, and food vouchers), saving funds & box, payroll discounts, and overseeing intern payments.The role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, maintains accurate payroll records, and provides support to employees regarding payroll-related matters.Coordinate payroll operations with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, collaborating with the HR Team (Changes, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, payroll discounts, and special payments).Act as the main liaison between the company and the payroll vendor to resolve issues and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.Administer Pluxee vouchers including calculation and reconciliation (meal vouchers and food vouchers) in compliance with company policies and local regulations.Manage the payroll process for interns in accordance with local labor laws and internal policies.Maintain proper documentation and records for all payroll payments.Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders, including Finance and HR
