**We are searching for the best talent for a Payroll assistant - Fixed term to be in Juarez.**
**Purpose**:The Time and attendance clerk fixed terms is responsible for processing and compiling leaves for the business and maintaining employee records in time and attendance system.
**You will be responsible for**:
- To input and review leaves, time-off, vacation, etc. within the time and attendance system, compiling time and attendance data such as hours worked, leaves, time-off, vacation, etc. from time sheets and other records.
- To generate audit reports related to leaves, time-off, vacation, etc., assisting in reconciliations of leaves from time and attendance to Payroll systems.
- Preparing information submitted for changes to employee records and makes corrections on system, assisting employees on routine leaves and related benefits issues.
- To ensure proper record keeping and archiving of leaves documents, performing all duties observing the policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Is required to be studying the professional career in administration or accountability.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience is required in payroll.
- Time and attendance process knowledge is preferred.
- Second shift availability is required (4 PM- 12:15 AM)
