Payroll Coordinator

For our Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a**:Payroll Coordinator **(Location: Mexico)

The objective of this position is to manage the entire process of payment of allowances and benefits in the payroll system in a timely manner to all unionized and nonunion staff, in strict compliance and adherence to the laws of SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and Contract law just like paying taxes on wages and salaries.
Giving service and caring for the staff in general.
For this role we are looking for someone:

- Who has service attitude and understanding of problems, high negotiation capacities and leadership.
Be dynamic, be prompt!
- Who has quite expertise paying taxes to government agencies: Meeting proceedings, taxes, requirements to the Mexican Institute of the Social Security (IMSS), Institute of National Housing Development for Workers (INFONAVIT), Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) National consumer promotion of workers (FONACOT).
- Who is English fluent - No exceptions
- Who has experience managing confidential information of unionized and nonunion staff (personnel records and compensation)
- Who has professional level in Accounting or equal merit through education and experience
- Mastery of the entire process of the payroll system (SICOSS)
- Numeracy skills and high capture rate - A large degree of stress resistance is needed.
