Want to join the team?**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for managing and control the payroll system.- Process in HR software (Delsip) all updates about employee's information: new hires, leaving employees, salary changes, department changes, etc.- Attend all audits from Social Security Office (IMSS, SAR and Infonavit), Ministry of Labor and Financial audits regarding payroll.- Prepare payroll reports for external financial auditors and finance department when are required.- Prepare and delivery information to Social Security Office about salary changes, leaving employees, new hires.- Integrate payroll in time to prepare the biweekly and weekly paid to employees.- Generate and send in a timely manner all the payroll accounting policies to finance department.- Generate and integrate employees attendance report for salary and hourly.- Calculate of payroll tax.- Calculate and submit to finance department in a timely manner the monthly payment to Social Security Office.- Generate improvement ideas to reduce costs and expenses.**Qualifications**:- BA in Accounting, Business Administration or related.- Experience > 2 years.- Payroll, Tax Calculation, Federal Labor Law, wage and salary administration.- Advanced English as preference.Some of your BenefitsVacationCorporate EventsDiversity & InclusionSafe EnvironmentPersonal DevelopmentClick here to go directly to our career page.
