Payroll Coordinator We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our clients' team and oversee the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes.
This role involves coordinating payroll activities, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies, and supporting the payroll team in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.
Review payroll calculations, including deductions, taxes, and benefits, for compliance and accuracy.
Supervise the maintenance of payroll records and documentation to support audits and reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll practices with company policies and objectives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate standards.
Prepare and present payroll reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Provide guidance and support to payroll team members, fostering their professional growth.
Requirements Academic/Training Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
Skills Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
In-depth understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Job Details Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 2 WFH days, weekends off.
Santiago de Queretaro.
