Scope of leadership rolePosition Summary: Performs required statistical and clerical duties necessary to complete the payroll process accurately and timely.
Compiles and prepares data for the payment of payroll taxes and benefit payments.
Coordinates and processes any irregular payments (e.g., sales draws, bonus payments, etc.).
Reviews and processes additions and changes to computerized payroll system (e.g., changes in salary, tax withholdings).
Ensures accounting distribution and preparation of deductions.
Provides requested data and reports on individual employees as requested by government agencies, employment verifications, and internal inquiries.
